Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ HR Generalist, HR Partner or HR Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment practices and HR operations.
• Experience partnering with external payroll, benefits or employment providers.
• Experience supporting managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience drafting and implementing local HR policies.
• Experience supervising HR administration support resources would be advantageous.
• Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
• Experience in a technology or software business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership: guide managers on people matters and employee engagement.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: onboard, change, leave, and offboard processes with compliant records.
• Payroll, Benefits & Provider Management: liaise with payroll and benefits providers and support enquiries.
• Employee Relations & Policy Management: ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company policies.
• Talent, Engagement & Development: support performance reviews, compensation and development processes.
• Project Work & Operational Excellence: contribute to global HR initiatives and HR system projects.
