Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking an Index Client Services Analyst in Philadelphia to be the first point of contact for clients using Nasdaq indexes.
You will troubleshoot issues, manage client communications, and support onboarding with the sales team, working across global teams in a hybrid environment. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering excellent client service in fast-paced settings.
As an Index Client Services Analyst reporting to the Director Client Success Management, you'll play a key role in supporting some of the world's largest financial institutions as they rely on Nasdaq's global index products. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - helping them navigate index data, resolve issues quickly, and experience the high standard of service that sets Nasdaq apart. You'll thrive in this role if you're client-focused, analytical, and energized by working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

We’re proud to offer a competitive rewards package that is meaningful, recognizes the unique needs of our employees and their families and incentivizes employees for their contribution to Nasdaq’s overall success. The base pay range for this role is $66,000 - $112,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
