Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs or DOs to become mobile wound care physicians operating as independent contractors in Texas nursing facilities. You will provide direct patient care, make clinical decisions, and manage outcomes while we handle rest of operations.

There is no call, no weekends, and no practice overhead. Compensation includes per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay, and a quarterly bonus program with potential to earn $300,000+ annually with other incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Texas medical license and DEA license.
• Residency completion not required; board certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities.
• Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes.
• Operate as an independent contractor with no overhead.
• Travel to facilities as needed and stay compliant with state laws.
