Qualifications

• Current New York State licensure or permit (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC).
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
