Job summary

iMind Behavioral Health is seeking licensed therapists to join as independent contractors at our Lanham, MD outpatient clinic. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and develop treatment plans with collaborative support.

Hybrid in-person and telehealth options are available with flexible scheduling and administrative assistance for scheduling and billing, based on licensure and experience. Compensation is $50–$60 per completed session.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Background checks and onboarding completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial and DSM-5 assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other team members.
• Assess clients for additional services (PRP, MTS, IOP, PHP).
• Maintain HIPAA and documentation standards.
