Job summary

Evolve Psychiatry seeks compassionate licensed therapists to join our onsite behavioral health team in East Patchogue, NY. This is a 1099 contractor role focused on high-quality psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current NY licensure as LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with EMR systems (eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR (eCW).
