Job summary

Catholic Charities Maine is seeking compassionate home care aides to support clients at home in Brewer, Maine. Part-time roles offer flexible, self-directed scheduling with mileage reimbursement and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, errands, transportation in your own vehicle, and following care plans while maintaining confidentiality and daily documentation. Prior experience is welcome but training is provided.

• Reliable personal vehicle is required.
• Basic technology skills and active email address.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., walk, climb stairs and perform household tasks.
• Daily travel between client homes is required.

What You'll Do

• Help clients remain independent in their homes

• Basic computer skills
• Experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right person

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17.69/hour
• Flexible, self-directed schedule. You can build a schedule that works for you-while meeting strong community demand.
• Part-Time 1: Minimum of 12-19 hours/week, 6-9 consumers
• Part-Time 2: 20-29 hours/week
• Mileage reimbursement for consumer errands
