Job summary

AIM Educate is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join as a 1099 independent contractor across multiple Texas campuses. You will manage your own caseload with flexible scheduling while leveraging AIM's proprietary technology to streamline documentation and therapy management.

We value clinical collaboration and provide a network of clinicians across 120+ Texas districts, with steady referral volume and opportunities for professional development. Travel to service areas is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Texas OT license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services per each district's model.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of services.
• Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as engaged.
• Develop and deliver in-service training for staff and families.
• Support OT students and affiliates as opportunities arise.
• Ensure documentation meets Federal, State, and local requirements.
• Assist students with physical disabilities including lifting, transferring, and positioning.
