Job summary

Exec is recruiting experienced sales trainers into our Solutions Partner program in the United States. This is a revenue-share partnership where trainers earn commissions and referral fees on business they bring, and clients are invoiced directly for services. There is no guaranteed salary or W-2 employment.

Ideal candidates have an active client roster, an established training methodology, and 5+ years of training revenue teams. Bonus points for an audience through newsletters or podcasts.

Qualifications

• Active roster of clients as an independent trainer or firm principal.
• Defined training methodology you deliver.
• Five or more years training revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales training using your methodology to client teams.
• Maintain client relationships and manage engagements.
• Bundle Exec into larger engagements and invoice clients directly.
• Support co-marketing activities and content creation.
