Job summary

CTG Brands Inc. is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to drive growth across multiple retailer channels in the U.S. You will work with the US Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and close new business.

You will develop sales strategies, conduct presentations, and maintain strong relationships with customers while meeting revenue targets. This is a contractor role with monthly commissions and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven B2B sales experience, ideally in gift/furniture/home décor sectors.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Open new retailer accounts and service existing customers.
• Be a product expert to match ranges to customer needs.
• Conduct sales presentations face-to-face, phone, or video call.
• Develop sales presentations and provide forecasts and progress reports.
• Collaborate with merchandising and customer service to ensure seamless account management.
