Job summary

CTG Brands Inc. is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts across the US, working directly with the US Head of Sales. You will balance field activity with cross‑functional teamwork to achieve revenue growth and market leadership.

As a contractor, you will set your schedule, earn commissions plus monthly bonuses based on performance, and contribute to strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company objectives.

Qualifications

• College or high school diploma is required.
• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience; experience in gift/furniture/home décor is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open new retailer accounts and service existing customers.
• Be a product expert and align product ranges to customer needs.
• Conduct sales presentations in person, over the phone, or via video call.
• Develop sales presentations and provide forecasts and progress reports.
• Set sales goals for a customer base and maintain professional service levels.
• Collaborate with merchandising, customer service and AR teams for a seamless approach.
