Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our independent contractor network. You will inspect steep/high roofs, assess exterior/interior damage, and support underwriting property inspections. Independent contractor role with flexible field work across diverse sites.

Requirements include a reliable vehicle with ladder capability, a Lidar device, and proficiency with MS Office. HAAG certification is a plus; ability to obtain necessary credentials is expected.

Qualifications

• Must own a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32' ladder.
• Must have a Lidar device or the ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications or credentials to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs and assess exterior and interior damage.
• Provide accurate reporting to insurers and property owners.
• Maintain safety and professionalism across varied weather conditions.
• Utilize field technology to document and support underwriting processes.
