Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Clinton, SC. This Independent Contractor role focuses on ongoing store support and project-based merchandising to influence customer experiences and brand presentation.

You will stock and merchandise, complete planograms, and build strong relationships with store teams while delivering accurate reporting via mobile tools. Flexible hours and varied project workloads characterize this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout retail spaces for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient with smartphones and reporting apps for field updates.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
