Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Polson, MT. The role is an independent contractor position with an hourly pay range of $16–$18, project-based hours, and varied schedules across stores.

You will stock, merchandise, and support merchandising initiatives while building strong relationships with store teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer goods.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
