Winston Retail in Vermillion, SD is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to support ongoing store presentation and lead project-based merchandising initiatives for leading retail brands.

This independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule, competitive $14–$16 hourly pay, and the chance to build strong relationships with store teams while executing planograms, resets, displays, and in-store reporting with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently within retail environments.
• Experience in merchandising, store resets, and displays.
• Ability to communicate clearly with store teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
