Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Bozeman, MT. This independent contractor role involves ongoing store support and project-based merchandising to enhance customer experiences and brand presentation.

You will work independently, build relationships with store teams, and execute merchandising projects with precision while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Prior merchandising or CPG experience is helpful, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
