Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to bolster in-store presentation in Logan, WV as an independent contractor. You will support ongoing store tasks and project-based merchandising for leading retail brands, with flexibility in hours and the opportunity to impact the customer experience directly.

The role emphasizes self-starting work, strong store relationships, and precise execution of planograms and promos.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for in-store presentation.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives.
• Build relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
