Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Mason, WV. This independent contractor role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising, delivering top-notch in-store presentation and timely project completion.

The ideal candidate works independently, builds strong store partnerships, and excels at accurate, visually appealing merchandising across brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Independent and self-motivated with good time management.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
