Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking an Independent Contractor for a Retail Support Merchandiser role in Kenedy, TX. The position involves on-site store support with project-based merchandising, offering a flexible schedule and a rate of $16–$18 per hour based on experience.

You will stock and merchandise, execute displays, and build relationships with store teams while adhering to brand standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
