Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Edgewood, NM as an independent contractor to stock, merchandise, and support in-store execution for leading brands.

The role offers a flexible, project-based schedule with hours varying by project and pay of $14–$16 per hour, depending on market and experience. You will report via mobile tools and collaborate with store teams to deliver high-quality retail environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move throughout retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage store visits to meet on-time deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
