Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Grove, OK to conduct ongoing store support and project-based merchandising as an independent contractor. Pay ranges from $14-$16 per hour, with hours varying by project.

You will stock and merchandise to brand standards, build relationships with store teams, and report results via mobile tools. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for merchandising and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
