Job summary

Winston Retail in Hanson, KY seeks a Retail Support Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and execute projects across stores. The role is an independent contractor position with a flexible, project-based schedule and pay of $14–$16 per hour, depending on market and experience.

You will build strong store partnerships, ensure planograms, and complete reports with photos using mobile tools. Lifting requirements and variable hours are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deliverables on time.
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
