SAM International GmbH, a leading recruitment firm, seeks independent recruitment partners to expand into the Italian market. The role allows for flexibility in shaping your workday while providing extensive support and training.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience and the ability to manage workflow. Fluent English is required, with additional languages being a plus. This is an excellent opportunity with significant earning potential in the recruitment industry.

Qualifikationen

• Registered as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer.
• Experience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus.

• Acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs.
• Hold client meetings to acquire new business.
• Interview and present candidates to the clients.
• Test candidates in various systems when required.

SAM has been in Switzerland for more than 20 years and we have a solid foothold in the Swiss market.

As the business is growing, we are actively recruiting independent/freelance recruitment partners for the Italian market.

Tasks

• Using your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs.
• Hold client meetings to acquire new business.
• Interview and present candidates to the clients.
• Test candidates in our various test systems, when required by clients

Requirements

• You have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order.
• You are registered as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer, have your own company or willing to pair with a EOR/payroll provider in order to be fully compliant.
• Experience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and time.
• Fluent in English and French/German is a plus.
