You will work on wellness-oriented programs, promoting active lifestyles, independence, and high-quality patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Collaborate with patients to design fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier lifestyles.
