Job summary

The Periscope Group is a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists performing one-time in-home medical assessments. This independent contractor role lets you set your own schedule and travel to member homes to evaluate needs.

You must hold current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist. Malpractice insurance may be purchased at the time of offer. Compensation ranges from $135 to $200 per assessment, with rates varying by location and assessment type.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs in homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive home assessments.
• Provide expert equipment/service recommendations to maintain independence.
• Complete secure online documentation from any device.
