Job summary

The Periscope Group, a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists, offers independent contractor opportunities to perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments. You will conduct home assessments, recommend equipment and services to help members maintain independence, and complete secure online documentation from any device.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability insurance (may be purchased at time of offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and online portals.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive in-home medical need assessments.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through secure online portal from any device.
