Job summary

Periscope Group in California is seeking licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists for independent, in-home assessments. You will perform one-time medical need evaluations, recommend equipment and care to promote independence, and complete secure online documentation.

As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule; compensation ranges from $135 to $200 per assessment, with additional CE benefits and mentoring through our national network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at time of job offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and from member homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time home-based medical need assessments.
• Provide equipment and care recommendations to empower members to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through our secure, online portal accessible from any device.
