Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Dover, DE team delivering one-on-one geriatric care in patients’ homes or senior living communities. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, perform evaluations, and provide evidence-based therapy sessions to enhance mobility and independence.

The role offers autonomy in scheduling, the option to incorporate telehealth, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary work environment with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
