Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy.
• License must be current, active, and unrestricted; conditional/provisional/restricted licenses not accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes in Kelseyville and surrounding areas.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes to treatment; determine plan of care.
