• Reliable personal transportation and smartphone commonly used for app-based referrals.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and can aid in patient communication.

• Deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Healdsburg and surrounding areas.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition; plan care accordingly.
