Job summary

Lyons HR, LLC seeks an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman for independent contractor work across Oak Ridge and Knoxville, Tennessee. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep of residential rental properties.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist with turnovers while communicating professionally with owners and tenants. Tools provided by you; travel to multiple sites may be required.
