Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a Napa, CA-based residential property inspector who operates as an independent contractor. You will travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, and conduct exterior (and occasional interior) inspections using our mobile app.

You set your own hours and build your own route, working with other clients as desired. As a 1099 contractor, you manage your own taxes and insurance, and you are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-employed 1099 contractor based in Napa, CA.
• Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners
• Capture photos and data via mobile web application
• Use camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Schedule your own interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
