Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Paso Robles, CA to perform residential property inspections. You’ll travel to properties, explain the process to homeowners, and collect photos and data using our mobile app.

You control when and where you work, and you’ll be paid per completed inspection. This 1099 independent contractor role lets you set your own hours, build your own route, and collaborate with other clients as desired.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status and ability to manage own schedule.
• Detail-oriented with outdoor work preferred.
• Good communication with homeowners required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to conduct exterior (and occasional interior) inspections.
• Explain inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional manner.
• Capture photos and data via mobile app; use camera pole for roof photos where needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections as needed.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
