Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections (and occasional interior) for underwriting.
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data using our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections at your discretion.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
