Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in San Diego, CA is seeking motivated independent contractors to perform residential property inspections as 1099 contractors. You will control your schedule, travel to properties, and conduct exterior (and occasional interior) inspections with professional communication through our mobile app.

Inspectors must deliver accurate, on-time service, capture required photos, and may use a camera pole for roof shots on applicable jobs, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099) with control over schedule.
• Self-employed contractor with ability to travel to inspections.
• Willingness to work with multiple clients and handle own taxes.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections as assigned.
• Explain inspections to homeowners in a brief, professional manner.
• Capture photos and data through our mobile web app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
