Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a Napa, CA-based residential property inspector who operates as an independent contractor. You will travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, and conduct exterior (and occasional interior) inspections using our mobile app.

You set your own hours and build your own route, working with other clients as desired. As a 1099 contractor, you manage your own taxes and insurance, and you are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Napa, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application

Service Fees
