Job summary

Vanguard Claims Administration in Nebraska is seeking Independent Property Field Adjusters (1099 Contractors) to conduct inspections, write estimates in Xactimate, and compile IA reports. You will travel to loss sites, assess property damage, and coordinate with insureds to deliver fast, fair, and compassionate service while meeting carrier standards.

Required are 3–5 years of estimating/adjusting experience and an active license; candidates who can travel frequently and work a non-traditional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years estimating/insurance adjusting experience.
• Active license in the working state.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and non-traditional schedule.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate.
