Job summary

Infinity Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Property 1099 Field Adjuster to join our Las Vegas, NV market and surrounding 200-mile service area. This role offers flexible 1099 independence and competitive pay for your expertise, including paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

As our Field Adjuster, you'll inspect properties, capture photos, prepare damage scopes and Xactimate estimates, and work from home with dispatching and biweekly direct deposits to support timely claim

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• 3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role.
• Active Xactimate token and ability to write estimates.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and document damages.

Responsibilities

As our Property Field Adjuster, you'll enjoy competitive compensation, including $60/hour for commercial claims, $50/hour for residential claims, paid drive time up to six hours round-trip at $60/hour, and mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile up to 200 miles starting at mile one. You'll enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor role, the convenience of dispatching directly from home, and biweekly direct deposit payments.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PROPERTY FIELD ADJUSTER

In this 1099 contractor role, you'll head directly from your home to assigned loss locations, inspecting residential and commercial properties, documenting damages, capturing detailed photographs, and gathering the information needed to support accurate claim decisions. During your inspections, you'll evaluate loss conditions, investigate causation when assigned, prepare comprehensive scopes of damage, and complete detailed Xactimate estimates as directed. Working closely with management, you'll ensure every claim file contains the documentation and information required to meet company standards while helping deliver efficient and professional claim resolutions.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• 3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role
• Ability to work independently and follow assigned tasks completely
• Active Xactimate token and proficiency writing estimates
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property
• Experience obtaining proper photographic documentation
• Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive scopes of damage

Verifiable residential and commercial claim handling experience, an adjuster's license where required, strong communication skills via phone, email, and text, and advanced proficiency with Xactimate are preferred.
