Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driverf s license and proof of insurance.
• 3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role.
• Active Xactimate token and ability to write estimates.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property.
• Experience obtaining photographic documentation.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties and document damages.
• Prepare detailed scopes of damage and Xactimate estimates.
• Coordinate with management to meet company standards and deliver professional claim resolutions.
