Vanguard Claims Administration seeks Independent Property Field Adjusters (1099 Contractors) to conduct inspections, write estimates in Xactimate, and prepare IA reports for Connecticut clients. Travel up to 90% is required; candidates must have 3–5 years in estimating/insurance adjusting, an active state license, and a strong commitment to compassionate, fast, fair claims service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years estimating/insurance adjusting experience.
• Active license in the state of operation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90%.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
