Job summary

MIND BODY OPTIMIZATION 1 is seeking a qualified private practice therapist to deliver high-quality mental health services in an outpatient setting in Texas. The role involves thorough intake evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and individually tailored treatment plans, with opportunities for individual, couples, or family therapy.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain compliant EHR documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Must be independently licensed and in good standing as LPC or LCSW (will accept provisionally licensed).
• Two years of experience in private practice preferred; substance use experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations including patient history and mental status assessments.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and others to ensure cohesive care.
