Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations, including history and mental status assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with a care team and refer to higher levels of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and comply with regulations.
