Job summary

MIND BODY OPTIMIZATION 1 is seeking a Private Practice Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health services in an outpatient setting in Fort Worth, TX. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy while working independently within a collaborative clinic culture.

Responsibilities include intake evaluations, accurate diagnoses, crisis intervention, and coordination with psychiatrists and other providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Two years of private practice experience preferred.
• Must be independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC or LCSW.
• Experience with substance use preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy.
• Conduct intake evaluations, mental status exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other providers.
• Refer patients to higher levels of care as needed.

Education

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work

Independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
