Mind Body Optimization, Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a Private Practice Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services, including assessments and individualized treatment plans.

You will conduct therapy (individual/couple/family), perform intake evaluations, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR and compliance with all regulations.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work required.
• LPC/LCSW licensed or provisionally licensed associates acceptable.
• Two years in private practice; substance use experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations, including history, mental status, and DSM diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers and other providers.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
