You will conduct assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support client well-being. The role requires independent work within a collaborative clinic culture, with responsibilities spanning intake, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work.
• Independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC or LCSW.
• Two years of experience in private practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Formulate accurate psychiatric diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other providers.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Document care in the EHR and ensure policy compliance.
• Support professional development and participate in quality improvement.
