Job summary

Gotham Technology Group seeks a proactive PMO Analyst/PM to lead the development of a financial dashboard in partnership with internal finance teams and an external vendor. The role requires driving momentum, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering measurable progress with minimal supervision.

You will manage end-to-end PMO activities, oversee budgets, and translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with finance teams and managing PMO financials.
• Deep understanding of capital funding, operating budgets, and project financial reporting.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting formats and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the financial dashboard initiative.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, PMO, Product, and external vendors.
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure accountability to scope and schedule.
• Track capital funding, operating budgets, and overall project financials.
• Analyze PMO financial data and provide clear reporting on budget performance.
• Develop concise, executive-ready presentations and reporting materials using Microsoft Office.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution.
