Job summary

African Leadership University seeks a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to run multiple initiatives across the portfolio with discipline and accountability. You will chase unreported status, enforce intake standards, and keep workstreams on track while communicating clearly to senior leadership.

Experience across the full project lifecycle and hands-on tooling like Asana, ClickUp, Jira or similar is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with work management platforms and automation.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end with scope, milestones, risks and closure.
• Maintain portfolio status in Asana and flag high-priority items for leadership visibility.
• Run standard governance: RAID logs, decision logs, action tracking and escalation.
• Build workflows and automations to reduce manual chasing and improve scheduling.
