Job summary

Bikerz US Inc., the exclusive North American distributor for SMK Helmets, seeks experienced Independent Outside Sales Representatives to expand our dealer network across the United States. This is a 1099 commission-only contract for independent reps.

Represent SMK Helmets to dealers, visit accounts, identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships, and collaborate with the sales team. Willingness to travel extensively is required; Fort Wayne distribution center is planned for 2025.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience in powersports preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the powersports market and dealer landscape.
• Existing network of dealer contacts within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Represent SMK Helmets to dealers within your assigned territory.
• Regularly visit and service existing dealer accounts.
• Identify and pursue new dealer opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow sales.
• Present SMK Helmets product range to dealers.
• Develop and maintain in-store displays.
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager and support teams.
• Uphold brand values and maintain industry relationships.
• Provide field feedback to shape future sales strategies.

• Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience, preferably within the powersports industry.
• Strong understanding of the current powersports market and dealer landscape.
• Existing network of dealer contacts within your territory.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping brands grow.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships with a variety of personalities.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer service focus.
