Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (may be purchased).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and online portals; capable of using devices for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a home setting.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through an online portal from any device.
