Job summary

FeldCare Connects is hiring an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist in Rancho Cordova. This role requires evaluating patients and creating treatment plans for enhancing their well-being, working with people of all ages.

Position offers flexibility to schedule work, the independence of being your own boss, and administrative support. Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and have completed an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license and state registration required.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and assess patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs relating to functionality and activities of daily living.
• Determine treatment plans based on patient assessments and intervene to improve well-being.
• Observe and report patient's responses to treatment and communicate with the health care team.
